For many it is a new concept. Yet, for over 20 years, in Europe, we have been talking of animal osteopathy, that is the evaluation and normalization, through a non-invasive manual approach, of the active and passive movements of the surface and deep tissues of the animal, thus allowing the activation of the physiological mechanisms of self-healing. Exactly the same principle that underlies osteopathy for human beings, founded in the 19th century by the American doctor Andrey Taylor Still: a consolidated path that opens up, everyday more, even to animal care.
