Giorgia Mastrangelo graduated with honors in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Perugia.

 

In 2007 she attended the three-year course of Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine at the Italian school of Veterinary Acupuncture (Siav-itVas), obtaining the Diploma of Expert in Veterinary Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

In 2010 she attended an Externship at the Department of Medicine at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital of the University of Zurich and subsequently attended several specialized courses in internal medicine with a particular interest in gastroenterology, nutrition and rehabilitation medicine.


In 2015 she attended the three-year course of Animal Osteopathy at the IFOA (training institute in animal osteopathy) obtaining the diploma of an expert in Animal Osteopathy.


In 2019 she obtained the Master in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Pet Food Technology (UNISVET).


Author of the book “Manuale di tecnica fasciale integrata nel cane, nel cavallo e nel gatto" (Manual of integrated fascial technique in dogs, horses and cats), together with Doctor Francesco Longo. Noi editions, 2019


Speaker at the XIII and XIX international congress of veterinary acupuncture SIAV-itvas. Speaker for the SIFIRVET (specialized society of veterinary physiatry - SCIVAC).
She works as a freelancer in Rome, dealing with rehabilitation medicine, acupuncture, osteopathy and nutrition.
